On February 19th, Mr. Yu Takahashi (QMS Audit Dept. Leader) from Cosmos 

Corporation, Mr. Xu Ling (Senior Inspector) from CEPREI, and Mr. Ishii 

(QA Manager) from Kohken Inc. visited Contec Medical Systems Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Yu Takahashi mainly audited Contec's QMS documents and new facility 

carefully, and found no nonconformities at all. He found everything in 

Contec accords with Japanese regulations.

At the closing meeting of this audit, Mr. Yu Takahashi concludes that 

"contec's QMS system is a great system. We can not find any nonconformity, 

so I do not need to make an auditing report on the nonconformities."
